1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

• Demo download form: name, phone, wilaya and type of shop. Purposes: contacting you about Stockivia (installation help, answering your questions, commercial offer) and producing overall statistics by wilaya and type of shop. Legal basis: your express consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• Contact form: name, phone and/or email, and your message. Purpose: answering you. Legal basis: your express consent.
• Order and online payment (when offered): name, phone, optional email, wilaya, plan and amount. Purposes: fulfilling the order, sending your licence key, producing accounting documents. Legal basis: performance of the contract you request. Your card details are entered only on the Chargily Pay page: we never receive them.
• Download counters: file, language and day. These counters contain no personal data.
• Security: to limit abusive submissions, the IP address is used temporarily, in memory, without being stored in the database. The host’s technical logs are kept for 30 days at most.

3. Required answers

Fields marked as required are needed to contact you or fulfil your order. Without them we cannot handle your request. You can always contact us directly on WhatsApp.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended only for the publisher. It is never sold or rented. It may be processed on the publisher’s behalf, and only on its instructions, by these technical processors:

• the host of the website and database: name and country;
• Telegram and the Resend e-mail service (United States), used to notify the publisher of a new request: the notification contains the wilaya and type of shop, and only contains your name and phone if the publisher has enabled it and informed you here;
• Chargily Pay (Algeria), for online payment when offered.

5. Transfers outside Algeria

Data hosting location: country. When data is hosted or processed outside Algeria, the transfer only takes place under the conditions of articles 44 and 45 of law 18-07 (ANPDP authorisation, or the express consent of the person concerned), and you are informed before any collection.

6. Retention

• Demo requests and contact messages: 24 months at most after the last exchange, then deleted.
• Orders: for the legal retention period of accounting and commercial records period to be confirmed.
• Technical logs: 30 days at most.

7. Your rights

You have a right to information, a right of access to your data, a right to rectification and erasure (free of charge, within ten days), and a right to object, including to commercial prospecting (articles 32 to 37 of law 18-07). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@<your-domain> or on WhatsApp at +213 000 00 00 00. You can also refer the matter to the national personal data protection authority (ANPDP), www.anpdp.dz.

8. Marketing

We never send you advertising by SMS, WhatsApp or email without your prior consent (article 37 of law 18-07). Every message lets you object easily.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, database access is restricted to the publisher, technical secrets are never exposed in the browser, and forms are protected against automated submissions. No card data passes through our servers.

10. Minors

Our services are intended for shopkeepers. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

11. Cookies

The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. See the Cookies page.

12. Changes

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
