Install Stockivia and make your first sale4 steps
  1. Download the demo and run the installer.
  2. Choose your language and your type of shop.
  3. Enter the shop name and test the printer.
  4. Scan an item or tap a quick button, then press Checkout.
Add your items or import them from Excel4 steps
  1. Open Items, then Add.
  2. Scan the barcode or let Stockivia create one.
  3. Enter the selling price and the purchase price.
  4. For a full list, use Import and match the columns of your file.
Sell on credit and record a payment4 steps
  1. In the cart, choose the customer.
  2. Check out with Credit, or part in cash.
  3. To record a payment, open the customer and enter the amount.
  4. Print the statement or send it on WhatsApp.
Update prices in bulk4 steps
  1. Open Items and select a category or a supplier.
  2. Choose a percentage or an amount.
  3. Check the preview of the new prices, then confirm.
  4. Reprint the labels of the changed items.
Set up the receipt printer4 steps
  1. Plug in the printer and turn it on.
  2. Open Settings, then Printer.
  3. Choose the model and the width, 58 or 80 mm.
  4. Print a test receipt and check the Arabic.
Close the register and read the Z report4 steps
  1. Open Register, then Close the register.
  2. Count the notes and coins.
  3. Read the difference between expected and counted.
  4. Confirm: the Z report is printed and archived.
