How do I buy a licence?
On the Pricing page, choose your plan and tap Order on WhatsApp: the message is already written. We confirm the price and the available payment methods, then send you your licence key.
Do I have to pay a subscription?
No, it is not required. You choose: monthly, yearly, or a lifetime licence paid once. Online services (encrypted online backup, daily summary) are a separate yearly option.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your data is never held hostage. Stockivia switches to read-only: you can view, print and export everything until you renew.
What are the demo limits?
The demo has every feature, with limits: 300 items, 40 sales per day, 25 customers and 10 documents (quotes, invoices...) per day, and DEMO printed on receipts and documents. After purchase, you import your demo data into the official version.
I am changing PC. Does my licence follow me?
Yes. Restore your backup on the new PC, then ask for a licence transfer on WhatsApp: we activate the new station with an activation code, even without internet on the shop PC.
