Terms of sale
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Provisional version of 3 October 2026, under legal review.
These terms of sale apply to every order of a Stockivia software licence placed with <raison sociale>, on the website https://www.stockivia.com, on WhatsApp or through any other channel offered by the publisher. The French version of these terms prevails.
1. The seller
<raison sociale>, <forme juridique>, registered office <adresse du siège>, trade register number <RC>, NIF <NIF>, NIS <NIS>. Contact: contact@<your-domain>, phone and WhatsApp +213 000 00 00 00.
2. Purpose
The seller grants the customer a right to use the Stockivia point of sale and stock management software (official version), according to the chosen plan, number of stations and duration. The software is not sold: only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use is granted.
A free, limited demo version can be downloaded. Customers are invited to try it on their own hardware before ordering.
3. Offers and prices
The plans (Essentiel, Pro), add-ons and prices are shown on the Pricing page, in Algerian dinars. The applicable price is the one confirmed to the customer when ordering.
Three durations may be offered: monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime licence (one payment). State whether the lifetime licence includes all future updates or only those of the major version purchased, and the tax treatment of prices.
4. Ordering
Orders can be placed on WhatsApp (prefilled message from the Pricing page) or, when offered, by online payment on the website. An order is final once the seller confirms it in writing (WhatsApp message or email) with the plan, duration, number of stations and price.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are given to the customer when the order is confirmed (for example a CCP or BaridiMob transfer, or payment in person). Final list to be set by the publisher.
When online payment is offered, it is made by CIB or Edahabia card on the secure page of the provider Chargily Pay. Card details are entered only with that provider: the seller never receives them.
6. Delivery and activation
Once payment is confirmed, the seller sends the licence key and the download link of the official version by WhatsApp or email. Activation is done online with the key, or without internet with an activation code exchanged on WhatsApp.
The licence is tied to the station where it is activated. When changing computer, the customer asks the seller for a transfer, which is done on request. State any limit on transfers per year.
7. End of a subscription
When a subscription is not renewed, the software switches to read-only: the customer keeps access to all their data and can view, print and export it. The seller never deletes or locks any data.
8. Refunds
Since the demo version lets customers try the software before buying, refund conditions to be defined by the publisher, in line with law 09-03 on consumer protection and law 18-05 on electronic commerce.
9. Support and warranty
The seller provides support by WhatsApp, phone and email during these hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm. The seller undertakes to fix reproducible defects of the software within a reasonable time.
The customer remains responsible for backing up their data. The software makes automatic backups; keeping a copy on external media is recommended.
10. Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the current period, except in case of gross negligence or fraud. The seller is not liable for damage caused by hardware failure, power cuts, misuse or modification of the software by a third party.
11. Personal data
Data needed for the order is processed in line with the website’s privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; otherwise the dispute is brought before the competent courts of city.
